Jake is a great business owner, and an even better man. I was stranded on the side of the highway with an exhaust that had fallen off of my car. Jake then towed me to the repair shop AAA had told him to, but upon arrival the shop was closed. Jake then went out of his way to tow me to a auto parts store and assist me in purchasing the correct parts. Since no other shops were open, and we were in the middle of a tornado warning, Jake then performed a repair job in his personal garage so I could make it to my grandma's 91st birthday.
